The following terms and conditions of sale are applicable to the offer and sale of products through the website neofold.com in later NeoFold, regardless of the source of the purchase.

To be able to buy products on the website customers must: (a) be at least 18 years old or, if they are minors, being duly authorized by their legal guardian, (b) be consumers, understanding as such natural persons acting for purposes outside its industry, trade, business and profession (c) register on the Web site; and (d) have a credit card in place.

This agreement is to formalize in Spanish and shall be governed by Spanish legislation under law 3/2014, of 27 March, by which the revised text of the General Law is modified for the defence of consumers and users, and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, and law 34/2002 of 11 July, services of the information society and electronic commerce (“LSSI”).

In addition, customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these terms and conditions shall include the application of the order to which they refer, as well as any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are put into their knowledge by NeoFold. The fact that NeoFold does not have recourse at any time to any of these terms and conditions cannot be interpreted or equal to renounce resorting to them in the future or in the past.

All made requests to NeoFold necessarily imply as an essential conditions, decisive and indispensable the acceptance without reserves by the customer of the General Sales Conditions which are in force the day when was made the corresponding order.

The interpretation and execution of the conditions as well as all acts that are arising, shall be subject to the Spanish law, unless there are provisions of public order contrary to this.

NeoFold by itself or as part of assignee, owns all the rights of intellectual and industrial property of the Web site, as well as the elements contained therein (a way of example and not exhaustive title, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts, trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, choice of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation (, access and use, etc.). They will be, therefore, works protected as intellectual property by applicable law Spanish, being applicable to them both the Spanish and Community regulations in this field, and the international treaties signed by Spain and relating to the subject.

NEOFOLD will make everything possible to please all guests in the demand for products. In case of non-availability of the product after having placed the order the customer will be informed by email of such a situation and may make the cancellation of this.

In case of more demand for orders that NeoFold could manage, is notify customer reporting this situation so that you can request if desired the cancellation of the order and the refund of the amount paid.

As a result of this demand, the rapidity of the return on the client’s bank account depends on the type of credit card and the conditions of each bank. These deadlines are again required in clause “Terms of delivery”.

The prices published on NeoFold are in Euros and are valid except for typographic errors. All prices are the VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in rate of VAT will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale on NeoFold.

Each client is declared with full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through NEOFOLD.

By clicking on the “Make payment” button during the purchase process, the user declares to accept fully and without reserve the entirety of the present general sales conditions.

Data recorded by NEOFOLD constitute the proof of the transactions made between NEOFOLD and the members of your private community. NEOFOLD will confirm your order by sending an email.

Contractual information is presented in Spanish or English language and will be confirmed as late as at the time of delivery.

All taxes are included in the prices of our products, but they do not include transport costs.

NEOFOLD reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the registration of orders (a reserve of availability that has product), except for obvious typographical error. If there is a typographical error in some of the prices shown and some client had taken a decision to purchase based on that error, we will inform you of the error and the client will have the right to cancel the purchase without any cost for its part.

Products remain property of the supplier until the moment in which the full payment of the price has occurred.

NEOFOLD reserves the right to refuse an order from any member with which it has a dispute.

The price invoiced to the buyer is the price indicated in the confirmation of the order submitted via email by NeoFold.

NeoFold allows payment by credit card (credit or debit card). The charge on your credit card will be held at the end of the order once has validated in the tab “order made”.

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express card. Users of the web site enter:

-the number of the card,
-the date of expiry,
-the name of the card holder
-the security code 3 digits found on the back of the card (Visa and MasterCard only) and front for American Express.

NeoFold reserves the right to refuse all orders or deliveries in the following cases:
-If you exceed the number of demand for products that can be managed.
-If there has been a dispute with the buyer; in the event of total or partial failure of a payment of a previous order by the purchaser
-If the banking organizations reject the credit card payment authorization
-where is not paid wholly or in part.

Payment card:

The regulation of purchases is made by credit card. The accepted credit cards are: Visa, Maestro and MasterCard. The purchase price will be charged on bank account of the customer, within 4 days from the day of the order and this will be given effective after confirmation of your agreement of bank payment centres.

In the event that the POS (point of sale) informed of the refusal of the card, is automatically cancelled the order, informing the client of such cancellation.


In this mode, the payment will be charged depending on what the client has contracted with paypal. In the same way, refunds will be carried out by the same route. This mode does not have any cost to customer. Returns via bank transfer on the account of the customer can additionally manage.

For your safety NEOFOLD has relied on the system of payment by credit card to a payment gateway.

Payment by credit card is completely safe. All of the transaction is encrypted through a validation server bank using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol, thus, the number of your credit card and expiration date are encrypted instantly on your computer before being sent to the SSL protocol. No one can make use of your data without your authorization, since the information is unreadable. For greater safety, these data are not stored on our server, so you must communicate detailed information with each new order.

Bank details are verified with the issuing bank to avoid possible fraud and abuse.

Only the Bank and PayPal have access to the banking data linked to these means of payment, so that NEOFOLD not known or recorded these details during the payment transaction.

Once the buyers have validated your order and payment, a confirmation of the order with a transaction number will be displayed. This confirmation is also sent to buyers in the order confirmation email. This confirmation includes all the components of the contract between the parties including the items ordered, the mode of payment. We also recommend the buyer save a copy (electronic or printed) of the information relating to the order.

On the order page are in detail inform the customer about your current and previous orders. After you submit the order, the number of monitoring, if available will be displayed. Clients can monitor the delivery of the order through our company transport and the data provided. Some companies may not have available tracking information 24 hours from the shipment of the order.

Occasionally, our system cancels orders or parts of an order for various reasons. Some of these reasons are:
-Items not available
-Inability to process payment information
-Impossibility of delivery at the address supplied
-Formulation of a request for duplicate
-Cancellation at the request of a client

If an order is cancelled, the customer will receive an email which will explain the reasons for the cancellation. Cancelled orders will not be charged the customer. The supplier will send products to the transport company, where will be the products whose final destination is the address provided by the buyer. Whenever you go to send an order, the buyer will receive an email.

Transportation charges will be paid by the buyer.

NEOFOLD will ask their customers to choose the place of delivery, and must specify your home, office or centre where they want to be returned to the product. Delivery time ranges between 2 – 5 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

Each delivery is deemed from the availability of the product to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. Orders are processed and delivered exclusively in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). The orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.

We can not process orders with delivery at a PO box address.

Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer and shown separately on the order form and on the delivery note.

In accordance with article 103 of the Spanish law of the consumer, products will be delivered within 30 (thirty) days following the completion of the order by the customer, unless:
Within the same period notify the client, even by e-mail, in the same period, that the ordered products are not available, even not available temporarily.

All products sold may be returned during the fourteen calendar days counted from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which is approved the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Return costs shall be borne by the customer.

Reimbursement on account of the customer as a result of this return, shall be carried out within the period of 7 days from the receipt of the packets by NEOFOLD.

Refund may not take place in any case if delivered products were clearly subject to use.

Products must be returned properly protected, in its original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or dirtied by the customer) with all attachments, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the location specified by NEOFOLD in the instructions for returning the product sent by email.

In the case that the return was not accepted by the supplier to understand that the product have been used, these products will be stored to be picked up by the client, for a period not exceeding 30 days after your return.

Cannot be either returned packages that do not record any attachment element that identifies the sender (order No., name, address,…).

The expenses and risks related to the return of the product will be in charge of the sender, who must send them securely and with the necessary guarantees so that returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.

NEOFOLD can make refunds of products purchased by the same amount. Once received the returned products, NEOFOLD will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to the payment of the amount paid less the shipping costs, regardless of the amount of the returned product.

Warranties and after-sales services will be governed by the legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November which approved the text of the General Law for the defence of consumers and users. In accordance with this standard, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer / user products that are in conformity with the contract, responding opposite of any lack of conformity. Consumer and user is entitled to repair of the product, its replacement, the lowering of the price or resolution of the contract.

NEOFOLD could not be held liable for of a breach of the contract in the event of rupture of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, strike of the postal services and transport and/or communications, flood or fire. In case of dispute, the client will head to NEOFOLD to obtain a friendly solution.

The Cordoba courts are the only ones competent. The present general conditions will be interpreted in Spanish and will be carried out in accordance with Spanish law. Any disagreement that might be born at the time of its validity, its interpretation or its execution, will be submitted to the courts of Córdoba, which is expressly made exclusive attribution of competence.

NEOFOLD reserves the right to modify the General conditions of sale without prior notice, to change, delete or add contents and services.

These changes must be accepted by the user every time you make a purchase via the NEOFOLD page.

Members of the “private community of NEOFOLD” that are not compliant with the modifications of the General conditions, should so notify and, from the date on which the new version enters into force, must stop using NEOFOLD services. In the event of any of the terms of the General conditions is unlawful or unenforceable, shall be null and void and implementing what has been agreed by the parties and failing in the Spanish Civil Code.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of Spain.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of the present contractual conditions, the courts or tribunals that will judge the matter, will be the courts and tribunals of Cordoba. The parties expressly disclaim other jurisdictions that could be applicable.
